Returns and exchanges
Intrugraph partners with Printify which is a print-on-demand company. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Intrugraph though Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the Contact Us address and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Due to the specifics of print on demand, once an order is sent to production, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it at this point. Should you encounter an issue, please reach out to our support team here. Our support team will reach out to the Print Provider on your behalf.
Please note that in the garment industry, it is common to see a minor variation in the garment measurements. It means that there can sometimes be a small deviation (also known as tolerance) from the listed size guide measurements – up to 1 inch (2.54 cm). This type of minor deviation may happen, and the product is not considered to be defective based to that.
